Vodafone Deutschland Customer Service hangs up the phone

I'm a Vodafone Deutschland customer with a phone and DSL contract. I need to update my bank details because I've changed bank. I attempted to update the information 1 month ago using their customer service, but the person did not manage to do that correctly, resulting in me failing to pay my DSL Vodafone bill this month because it's taking the money from my old bank. I've called DSL Vodafone Deutschland, and their customer service employees are continually hanging up on me, when I finally get through their phone maze. This makes it impossible for me to 1) change my bank details and 2) get my bills sorted so that I will not lose my DSL and get a big fine to get it opened. I'm at a loss for words of this experience, and while I've talked to a few nice customer service employees at Vodafone Deutschland in the Mobile/Kabel affiliate, the employees working at the DSL affiliate are out of line, and should have a serious talking to by their lead, if not reprimanded for their inability to do the job Vodafone Deutschland hired them to.
