I applied for Vodafone's internet service online over a week ago and, unfortunately, nothing has been done so far. When I contacted Vodafone two days after submitting my application, the employee informed me that there was no record of it and proceeded to create a new one. Now, six days later, I still have not received any updates, my router, or internet service. Every time I contact Vodafone, I am simply told to "be patient." I fail to understand how a company of this size can take more than a week to set up WiFi for a new customer. This level of service is deeply frustrating and unacceptable.
