I received an order not ordered by me. I tried to send it back, but no chance. The order number does not fit with my mail address (which is natural). Since I am outside of the US there is only one phone number without country code. The given VS mail address does not accept my email because “I am not in the system”.This means: Absolutely no possibility to contact. Worse experience ever. Never ever VS again.
