Another horrible experience in this misplaced high-street shop! My boyfriend gifted me a set made of 2 pieces, I’m a size S. Only problem I didn’t realise the top was an S but the bottom was an XL, since I’ve only worn the top until now. I went to the shop and the solution offered was to buy another set for £200!!!!! as they could not do the exchange without a receipt, regardless they sold me the wrong size and it’s their fault! Stay away from this place full of incompetent useless workers!
