I ordered two things for my wife's birthday. Both of them were listed as in stock when I ordered them. Soon after I placed the order I received an email saying that there was a "delay" with one of the items but that they should be dispatched in 1-2 days. The day before my wife's birthday it still hadn't showed up. I phoned their support number and was told that the item was out of stock and they weren't going to get any more for another 5 days.
