Horrid!!! I have been trying to solve the problem of Venmo taking out money from the wrong bank account linked to my venmo for 2 weeks. I have the correct bank account set as the account to pay merchants as well as pay friends. and there is plenty of money in that account. However for 2 weeks Venmo is trying to take money out of another bank account creating massive problems and ultimately I end up with a frozen Venmo account> This even though I reached out to their customer support for 4 times each time getting assured all is FINE! Only for the to freeze my account and with NO SOLUTION IN SIGHT!!! When I try to add money to my Venmo from one of my bank accounts connected to my Venmo there is no feature on my Venmo that allows me to do that either! I reached out FOUR!!!! Times to Venmo support! They keep telling me all is fine only to now have my Venmo account frozen! They have been unhelpful and obstructive to any attempts in my party to solve this! I set my account to deduct money from this account but they still keep trying to deduct from a DIFFERENT account! I explained this over and over again and they tell me all is fine only to end up having my account frozen and they STILL keep trying to deduct for the fourth time from the wrong account!HELP!!!! venmo ‘support’ is a HORROR SHOW! They are not supporting they are obstructing over and Over AGAIN!
