Well, i sure wish i’d read more reviews before trusting this company!!! If you send a payment to someone and all goes well, there is no problem. Of course. But the true test of a reliable company is how they step up to the plate when there is a problem. Venmo has zero customer service, there is no one that you can talk to, and they say if you email them an issue; the problem, that they will get back to you in 24 hours. This is complete bull. I am trying to get a refund for over $500 because I sent it to the wrong person who has a frozen account. You would think if an account was frozen the money would not go through!! But it came out of my bank account Even though the recipient did not get it because their account is frozen. I simply want my money back and there’s no way to speak with anybody about this. I will never use Venmo again
