After trying to setup an account for the first time I found that someone else was using my phone number. I reported this but they have declined to fix it until I send them a copy of my phone bill. We have Visible an entirely online phone service with no bill to produce just an account number and an auto pay screen. This was not enough for them and they decided to allow the other account to keep using my phone number. They refused to just text or call my phone as proof. This is a ridiculous company and not a safe place for any information. Also good luck if you end up asking for help and emailing with Lola R. She is very unhelpful indeed.
