Just don’t. Find any other why but Venmo. Been waiting for money sent by my husband for about a week now when it says 1-3 business days. Customer service agents that emailed me back sound like the bot on the app. I’m very upset with Venmo and would never recommend using it. It’s a shame they don’t read how aggravating it is in our reviews and fix the issues.
