Actually zero stars. Somehow Venmo got my account mixed up with someone else's active account while I was in the process of creating my account. This actually gave me full access to someone else's account. Then I went through 4 days of a customer service nightmare to finally correct Venmo's error. I finally deleted my account. I will never use Venmo again.
