Horrible customer service, and stole my money.

My account was hacked in 2021, so they locked my account for 180 days, which was fine. Well, after about 60 days, they allowed someone, probably the same person that hacked my account the first time, log into my account, change my bank information, and withdraw all my money. Keep in mind, it hadn't even been 180 days yet nor was this bank in my name. So I called, and they send me an email saying they found no unauthorized use of my account. So I called back, they then send me an email stating my account has been closed and will not be reactivated. So now I'm out over $1000, and I can't get their support to help at all. Venmo is a scam and should be shutdown.
