I have used Venmo religiously for years. I can't tell you how many people I converted to Venmo. Seriously, I have given them so much business. 3 weeks ago I get my account frozen with no explanation and no recourse. My $2700 is just stuck. I have sent numerous emails, customer support messages and phone calls. No one will do anything INCLUDING TELLING ME WHY. It's so insulting to love a business so much and then be betrayed by that very business. It really sucks because I have used the app so many times to buy items, send friends money, pay for a loved ones dinner just because. I feel so used and abused. I hope you would like to make it right Venmo. Otherwise I will pursue legal action.
