I tried making a payment with my Venmo account only for it to continue to decline my payment. Mind you the funds are available in my bank account. I attempted the transaction numerous times. Finally, I called my bank. After further investigation they told me that the issue wasn’t with them but to call Venmo. I called and finally a “human” answered the phone. First, I could barely understand what she was saying. Secondly, she put me back on hold for about 29 minutes only to tell me to discontinue my account and set up a PayPal account. Other than that, she couldn’t help me! I’ve always used Zelle but my friend raved about Venmo. I’m deleting my account because CLEARLY this platform SUCKS!!!
