Customer service is a nightmare. They kept telling me to call "the other" department, FOUR TIMES I went back and forth. They read from scripts like robots, don't listen or understand. Claim my account is locked when I told them ONLY the APP won't work to let me make transactions, while the physical card is fine and I can CLEARLY see many recent transactions on the app with the card...meanwhile they say "we cannot see any transactions on our end since March 6...." and "it has been escalated...will take 5-7 business days" no explanation of anything. No getting through to them. So I send an email, which a robot replies to me to avoid real customer service or solutions with links to "read this article, did it help?"...which has NOTHING to do with my issue! I clik "no" for noting it did not help so it won't close my case...and it takes me to the article anyhow! They probably won't ever fix a damn thing. Stick with paypal, always trusted, true, simple and accountable. Paypal looks out for its consumers and has REAL customer service that actually responds and comprehends without robot speak to you...for over 20 years.
