What an absolutely horrible experience. I never write reviews like this. After setting up an account, my account was "suspended" before I did anything. I learned that "suspended" actually means that they need to verify your identity, fine, but don't use that word, use something better. Not a good first step. Got past that after several days, and tried to add a major Chase credit card. Didn't work several times, generic error. Tried adding direct link to Capital One bank account, failed. Tried adding a debit card to Capital One, failed. That was enough time and energy wasted, just giving my friend cash instead.. Save some time and do the same.
