They have the most horrible app ever you cannot speak to any representatives you have to chat they forced you to chat for you to chat for you to chat and then they wanna charge you money for the chat go to PayPal people you can get a hold of Customer Service over the phone and I’ve never had a problem with PayPal. Venmo sucks. I don’t recommend it to anybody. Do not get Venmo go to PayPal.
