Venmo sucks and i suggest using a different app. Constantly denies or freezes ur account for days at a time for no reason at all. Customer service is basically useless. Their answer is its a computerized system they have no control over that randomly chooses to block u or freeze ur account so u can't use it. And they can not unblock it unfreeze it, the computer system decides when to unblock it unfreeze ur account. It's a joke. Email their help support and ask if u don't believe this!!!
