Venmo has only worked for me a couple of times but the last 3 times that I have tried to pay someone it declines. I've been trying the past couple of days to send a payment and it declines. When I called customer service all the guy could tell me was it does that sometimes and I'll just have to find another way to pay. I will tell everyone I affiliate with to delete this app.
