I was okay using venmo for the last couple of years. Everything worked fine. It was quick and easy. Recently though I haven't been able to send a payment. The message is that the transaction is declined and to check my payment details and try again. My payment info is absolutely correct. Venmo asked me to contact my bank. Called my bank and they're not declining the payment. So, I'm stuck. Can't reach a venmo rep on the phone. I give up. I've followed all of the trouble shooting instructions more than once. I'll be using another app.
