I am trying to start an account to receive payments for my law office, but it is absolutely impossible to get any help. I just keep getting sent around in a circle. No one answered the customer service number. On the website, they keep trying to get me to use my phone app - I have vision problems and can't do business using a phone app - I use a 28" computer monitor, and I want to set this up using my computer, not my phone! I guess I will take my business elsewhere. I can't understand this, since Venmo is owned by PayPal, and I've never had the least amount of difficulty using PayPal.
