My experience with customer service was terrific! I ordered 3 pieces, one of which has discolouration and another broke while trying on. I started a 'chat' with UO through their website and they were extremely helpful! After sending pictures of the items, they offered a resend or a refund. They are a bit pricey but customer service is excellent.
