I ordered an item online and realized it was on back order and I wouldn’t receive it until after I move out of my current apartment. I called CS to try to change the shipping address. Even though the item wouldn’t be shipped for another month, she couldn’t change it. So she canceled my order and I was waiting to reorder once the refund hit my account. Thing is, I used 2 gift cards and just $30 from my credit card. I got an e-merch refund for one of the gift cards, and the $30 went back on my credit card, but the other gift card? Wiped to $0. I am so confused because I swear there was $45 on it before this mess, but they have no record of it being part of the transaction. I asked to see the history of the gift card (when it had been used), but no. Oh and like other people have mentioned, the CS reps are very rude. I don’t blame them, it would suck to work for a company that doesn’t support them and creates situations where customers are angry and take it out on the CS reps.
