UO charged us for our order and then only partially delivered items AND NOW REFUSES TO REFUND ME FOR THE ITEMS NOT RECEIVED. It’s been 2 months. Apparently, they use a third party to fulfill certain items. I’m told to contact them directly for a refund BUT THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE CONTACT INFO. After several hours in chat groups and their general customer support, I am repeatedly told to contact this ambiguous third party. I AM CALLING AND EMAILING THE PHONE NUMBERS YOU GAVE ME. aAs if my time wasn’t wasted enough, I receive an email back this morning telling me once again to go to the 3rd party. This is the response to the email their customer support group sent. It is a racket. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.
