Worst company I have dealt with. Placed an order on 8th November received email stating sent to Royal Mail on 9th Nov requested an update and was informed item had not been sent until Friday 13th with delivery expected 17th tracking from Royal Mail now states delivery 19th. Orders from other companies placed after have ALL been received, if it was for my granddaughter’s Christmas I would seek alternative elsewhere. Will definitely not be buying from this Company in the future. COVID-19 has been given as the reason but other but other companies are coping. Disastrous.
