I placed multiple orders in late November and early December for my daughters. One order arrived with items we didn’t order. The important order placed on Dec 4th still hasn’t arrived as of Dec 23rd. I reached out to customer service a couple days ago and they said it was arriving that day. When it didn’t show I reached out again and got a snarky response from customer service to the effect of “We can process a refund. It takes 72 hours.” I don’t want a refund. I want you to not screw up my kids Christmas. I will NEVER order again from Urban Outfitters. Their delivery transparency is a joke. Don’t trust them!
