I purchased a coat for a Christmas present which arrived with security tag still attached. I emailed Urban Outfitters and explained what happened expecting at least an apology. I was told that complaint would be escalated and I would be contacted within 24 hours. It never happened. I had to drive to Urban Outfitter to get the security tag removed (2 hour round trip) the employee at the register did not apologize for the inconvenience but just said “ This happens all the time!” I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service. Not even an apology. If the employee is correct about it happening all the time then either provide better training to your employees or if it’s to get customers into store at least offer a discount of some sort.
