I’ve ordered from here and not had any issues until a recent order. I ordered a sweatshirt-a very expensive sweatshirt might I add-which was on back order and was set to ship by feb 16th. By feb 16th it still hadn’t shipped so I emailed an associate to which they told me it wouldn’t ship til April at earliest. I decided I wanted to cancel because that’s ridiculous to me when I agreed to wait til the 16th. I asked to cancel and they told me they couldn’t cancel it because it was being processed to ship, but every other site I’ve used allows to you cancel until it actually ships, which it hasn’t. I’m really upset Bc they asked me to just wait til it came in and return it, to which I’d get a full refund. This means I’d be waiting months for a refund. Awful service. Sad too cause I love UO.
