I bought a bikini top in the store and the employers there explained to me, that they unfortunatly do not have the according blue (!) bottom in store, but they can simply order it online for me and it will be delivered home to me. When it arrived I realized that the bottom was in the wrong colour (green, not blue) even though it clearly stated in our ordering details and even on the tag, that it was supposed to be blue. I was a bit annoyed, but mistakes happen so I simply sent it back and ordered it online again, and yet again, once it arrived, it was again in the wrong colour- green not blue. At this point I got really annoyed, I mean it should really not be that hard to order a simple item. So I tried to get in contact with the custom service through chat, and he apologized, asked me to send it back once again and told me they would look into the issue, try to send me the right item and if that were for some reason not possible, they would inform me via email. Then, two weeks go by with nothing, no notice, no bikini, no email. So, once again, I reached out and chatted with another agent through the chat and explained the situation. All she said was that there is an ongoing issue with the bikini bottom and that they cannot do anything apart from refunding the money. I'm really pissed, because I bought the top since they told me I could order the bottom online, and I have never had to put so much work and effort into one simple bikini. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I feel like they could've done a little more than simply refund me the money. Even though I really like the clothes- don't buy from there, it's really not worth the hussle. Really dissapointed!
