Very loyal UO customer here. Most recent online order to be delivered to store has gone really wrong, and all I can say echos all these reviews which I hope you are taking to your internal meetings CEX crew! The chatbot is useless, agents never available, emails from Customer service are completely useless too. And it's soo slow. You are such a rich company this is completely unreasonable.
