I ordered an item and not only have the messed up with tracking and order (they lost the parcel) but weren't utterly unable to proceed in a smooth way to mend the situation. Incompetent and inefficient, only plus is that the stuff is quite quick to answer but if they weren't it wouldn't make much of a difference
