Yet again, as is usual, they gave a time for delivery and waited 3 hours after that time, conveniently after closing, to suggest that they did not know the address, despite it being on the original form and a follow-up address change request. They don't want to deliver the package, I reckon. This is par for the course for this company. I have never had the misfortune of them being assigned as a third-party delivery service where they did not do this exact thing and wait until they felt good and ready to deliver the package. Sometimes, if you're lucky, they will deliver said package when they feel like it. Other times, you get the "we just missed you" while I was home, staring through my peephole the whole time. I just wish they would be honest and say they will deliver it tomorrow instead of having me wait, expecting the package on the day listed, when it never happens. Happened as a business employee and as a private recipient.
