Shipped from Germany to US, was paid for 3day shipping, however, if the driver doesn't feel like working, you have to wait another couple days while the package already here. Signed up for updates online, got none, kept checking on the package until I noticed more information required : the address is complete but when I called they told me the driver doesn't have the complete address even tho it's on a package? Clearly BS. Escalate to customer service (which by the way you have to fight the stupid automated machine to get a. Live rep for 5 minutes just repeating same thing (speak to live rep) super frustrating. Finally get the rep, she is cracking jokes and wants to be friendly I get it, but I don't need a friend I need a delivery that was paid for to be executed as promised. After two calls she said the driver will call you, at that point it was more then clear, UPS decided to just ignore this package and have me pick it upyself (hoping Saturday, tomorrow) it will even be available for pick up. At the end they made it absolutely clear - they don't care and just looking for excuses to not get their job done.
