Very poor service

Very poor service. No communication re a delivery other than 1 email saying that item would be delivered on a particular day. Never received the item and nothing to say that they had tried to deliver it. When I chased up with Philips re my toothbrush heads which presumably would fit through a letter box UPS said they had tried to deliver the following day and the item was refused!!!! No communication from UPS and nothing from Philips and no attempt to re deliver. Appalling service.Also Philips customer service no help
