I work night shift, and I was given a time estimate for my delivery to be late within my time. UPS then delayed my package last minute and forced me to lose sleep for no reason and now I have to change the delivery date since I won't be home to receive it. Very inconvenient would be a good way to describe this. Absolutely no excuse for this.
