The drivers don’t ever attempt to actually deliver the package if a signature is required. They make absolutely no attempt to call or knock or try to get into the building. After providing a buzz code, they did not even try that. With Amazon, there has never been an issue with them while with UPS, I always have to go to the customer centre to pick up my package. When you call to have the situation addressed UPS never really helps resolve the situation or take your feedback. The service is awful, management is an idiot for not even having systems in place for delivery into various buildings, and in the end you have to go and retrieve your package. How is this a delivery service? Horrible.
