If I could leave a minus I would. UPS is completely useless and the last delivery experience I had was the straw that broke the camels back. UPS delivered my package late then when the customer I was dealing with finished the work and shipped it back lost then found but still late. If I’m late with my bills I get hit with late fees what does UPS do ? Nothing use USPS or Fedx both are faster and better.
