UPS customer service is non existent, I ordered a package from Xtrawine 3 weeks ago, UPS have the package in their warehouse in Castle Donnington but their brokerage team won't release it despite several emails & phone calls from the shipper and me. I feel sorry for the businesses that use UPS as they're destroying customer satisfaction. Never use UPS - EVER!
