This carrier is unreliable. I was expecting a shipment from Kohl’s (tracking number 1Z3YA617YN40226862) so I was following the details and waiting for it by the door. Suddenly, it was labeled as delivered to Denver, CO and there was a photo of a package (the photo does not show any indication that this is my home. The photo was taken for (packages) inside a truck and doesn’t show my name or any other name or address. Additionally, we have lockers room). Instantly, I tried to contact UPS to report the Issue but they replied the package was delivered and cannot do anything about it and directed me to the sender (Kohl’s) and they too were not helpful.My advice that no one attempt to buy something online from Kohl’s only if it can be picked up in store.
