I live in a rural city within the Province of Ontario Canada. UPS is NEVER accurate with their delivery times. In fact, I've went to a local printing store that uses multiple courier companies and they've advised me to never use UPS due to their incompetence. I have a suspicion that UPS will go out of business in the very near future and be gobbled up by one of the more competent courier companies. UPS is obviously run by a failing leader.
