Im disgusted with ups, I paid express shipping on a Tuesday for my package to get delivered the next day, Wednesday. It’s Friday and it’s still not there… their excuse was they made 2 delivery attempts and no one was home when I fully told them to just push the small package through the mail slot of the door or leave it on the porch…. Then the next day they said there was multiple errors in the address? How is that when they fully said they were just at the address the day before and nobody was home, then the next day they leave it at some wear house 45 mins away from the address I sent it to and said to come pick it up??? Everytime I call to talk to the supervisor they give empty promises about the package being delivered at the end of the day. It’s 9pm and the package is still saying waiting for customer to pick up from checkpoint. The receiver received a package from Canada post by a sender who sent their package on Thursday to the same address they are saying has errors. To be honest I have a feeling that ups didn’t have any other packages to deliver at that address since it was far out in smith falls so they just aren’t going to bother going out there until they have enough packages to make it worth their while. So I’m 60 dollars down and the package is going to waste too because the receiver is gone for vacation now. Go with anyone but ups this is the second time they messed me up.
