Worst customer service

Worst customer service from an Online shop that I have ever received. I changed my address in my account before placing an order and I paid for express delivery to get my package online. When I paid for my order and get the confirmation I saw that it is gonna be delivered to my old address somehow! Although I triple checked my address before placing an order. I contacted Uniqlo 5 min after I placed the order and they basically did not care at all!!! They said that the best thing that they can do is for me to call me after the order has been dispatched and they may be able to ask the courier to return the order to them so I get the refund (without getting the express delivery cost back!) I used to be a good customer but this is the last time I have bought anything from them!
