Sent stuff back on 22 December - no refund

Sent stuff back on 22 December, included a returns label I printed off myself, have tracking info to show Hermes picked it up...then nothing. No indication it ever arrived, no refund (of more than £50). Have tweeted and been ignored. Hermes say it's a Uniqlo issue. Won't order from them again.
