returns of online purchases

I purchase fairly regularly online from Uniqlo and have the items delivered to the store for pick up. My recent purchase was not suitable and I my options were to exchange in-store or pay for a return via Hermes. This was never the case before. These are online orders, not available in-store and the sensible thing to do is to return in-store if not suitable. Very disappointing. I will think twice before ordering in the future.
