Horrible customer services

Their track my order tool never works. Once your place a store pick up order, they are barely delivered on time. Even if they stated it takes about 3-5 business days, it rarely meets that condition since their store staff need to scan first to enable an email to notify. However, it really takes so much longer time for the entire process. If you are buying to meet some urgent time frame, do not bother store pick-up optionTheir stores do NOT provide phone numbers to call either.If I could give them negative stars for their review, I would have done that.
