Appalling customer service

I ordered several items of clothing on 28/8. I checked the tracking (Hermes no 0324372237774380) on 3/9 it stated the order has been stolen. Since then I have repeatedly tried every communication they give to find out what is happening. Nothing it is impossible to find out. It is really frustrating and time consuming trying to deal with Uniqlo. Their customer service is appalling.
