WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE. Down coat arrived yesterday. The elastic cord at the bottom was detached so I contacted Uniqlo this morning. Jomani from customer service asked me to email the order number, photos of the coat, damage and labels. Within a few hours he replied to say they are declining assistance! Terrible shock from an international retailer. £99 wasted on a damaged coat.
