WORST customer service experience ever!I ordered over £300 worth of goods and returned 6 items back via Evri, about £160 worth. I eventually get an email saying they’re refunding me for 2 items so I chase their customer service regarding the refund for the other 4 items. Emails go back and forth with a different person at customer services and they say they’ll check with their warehouse. Then get an email from them saying warehouse is checked and only 2 items will be refunded and they’re closing the matter and to go to the financial ombudsman to take it further. Communication then stops completely. Either give me the stuff I’ve paid for back or refund me. Reading on other people’s experience, this seems to be a regular occurrence. Will never be ordering online from them again. Will be taking this further and will be chasing them for the £120 they owe me.
