Update: changed to 3 stars (from 1) since they have now replaced the missing item after I complained.I bought five items online and only four of them were included in the delivered package. After going through their tedious complaints process which involved handwriting and signing a form, multiple photos of the packaging and waiting a week for a conclusion, they've determined "we believe that all the items were packed correctly, dispatched and delivered safely. Due to this, we are unable to assist further". I'm being punished for some failure in their process, or their courier's process. I'm so disappointed, as I love their clothes, but there's no way I'll buy from them again if they don't rectify this. Judging by all the other terrible reviews here, I might be waiting a long time.
