Awful customer service and liars

Awful customer service and liars! Unbelievable for such a quality company. Return policy is a sham. You cannot return instore and have to arrange online, which says all items were not eligible for return. I contacted customer service and was able to arrange return. I needed to return 2 items but return form only showed one. The courier they partnered with was Evri (formerly Hermes - you know this is terrible already!) I then return this and it was supposedly "lost" (as expected with Evri). I then contacted Uniqlo again to say I am still waiting for my refund. They agreed that they will refund 2 items! and should wait 3-5 working days. I waited 12 days. Nothing. So I contacted again and was told the team did not issue the refund for some reason. So I opened a case with PayPal. Uniqlo quickly told me to close it so they can reissue the refund for both items. I was unsure about this, as once you close a case, you cannot reopen. I closed it anyways, and Uniqlo issued the refund, for ONLY HALF! I then tried contacting Uniqlo again, and now they're ignoring me. What liars! Now I am unable to reopen the case with PayPal. Very deceitful from a top end brand. Not shopping here again.
