Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The zip broke on my top and they wouldn't replace it because it was damaged. The zip came off so technically it's damaged because of a faulty zip. Then they said you don't have your tag. Doesn't even say you need the tag on the policy on the wall and at no time are you told to keep the tag. Just awful.
